Organized by The Red-Carpet Ventures (TRCV) and supported by Herbalife, the summit aligned with FSSAI’s Eat Right India initiative and brought together regulators, industry leaders, academicians, and consumer organizations. The event was a platform for exploring how technology, workplace wellness, and consumer empowerment can collectively strengthen India’s food safety ecosystem.

The day began on an inspiring note with a lamp lighting ceremony led by the Chief Guest, Smt. Inoshi Sharma, IRS, Executive Director of FSSAI. Shubhrata Prakash, IRS, Commissioner of Income Tax, emphasized how mental health plays a critical role in overall wellness, while Dr. Mudit Kapoor, Economist, presented insights from the latest NSSO data, highlighting trends in food consumption and nutrition.

Moderated by Sh. S. Sharad Rao, this session delved into how AI-powered tools can enhance traceability, ensure compliance, and revolutionize food safety standards, with emphasis on fostering public-private collaboration.

In a session led by Sh. Rakesh Kumar, experts discussed how clear labeling, consumer education, and responsible marketing can safeguard consumer interests and promote trust in the food ecosystem.

The audience included policymakers, food regulators, food business operators (FBOs), technology providers, academics, and students — making it a dynamic and cross-sectoral platform for knowledge sharing.
