Cancellation and Refund Policy

At The Red Carpet Ventures, we prioritize customer satisfaction and are committed to delivering high-quality services. Since all our offerings are intangible, we do not accept returns, transfers, or modification requests. Our services are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable.

In exceptional cases, with special approval from our directors, The Red Carpet Ventures may consider a one-time exception to support our long-standing B2B relationships. However, the refund policy remains unchanged, and the merits of the case will determine the outcome.

Conditions for a Refund:

• The deadline for canceling an order is 15 days prior to the commencement date of the service.
• To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us through a clear statement.

Cancellation Notification:

• You can notify us of your decision by emailing office@trcv.in.

Refund Timeline:

• We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the cancellation request.
• The reimbursement amount will be Rs. 200, made using the same payment method you used for the order, and no fees will be incurred for the reimbursement.
